InstaCommentPickers is a free tool that reads the public comments on an Instagram post or Reel you link to and selects one or more of them at random according to the rules you set. It is provided as is, without accounts, fees or guarantees of availability. It may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

You are responsible for the promotion you run: its rules, its prize, its eligibility conditions and its compliance with the law where your entrants live and with Instagram's own Promotion Guidelines. This tool draws a name; it does not make a promotion lawful.

Only paste links to posts you are entitled to run a draw from. Do not use the tool to harass anyone, to scrape data for purposes unrelated to a draw, or in any way that breaches Instagram's terms.

The comments the tool can read depend on what Instagram exposes publicly and on a per-draw limit set to keep the service free. On very large threads the draw is made from a sample of the comments rather than all of them. Replies to comments and comments on private accounts are not read. The tool reports what it could read; it does not guarantee completeness.

The operator of InstaCommentPickers provides the service without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and to the fullest extent permitted by law is not liable for any loss arising from its use or unavailability, including the outcome of any promotion drawn with it.
